Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. Every 10 seconds

At Instonians, so much of what makes the club special happens because people give up their time to help.

From coaching and refereeing to organising fixtures, serving on committees, helping with administration, maintaining facilities and lending a hand on tidy-up days, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Their contribution is often unseen, but it is absolutely vital to the life of the club.

Instonians continues to see the value of a strong youth pathway, with the club game offering young players the chance to develop skills, confidence and a real connection to their sport.
