We will hold your personal data on file for as long as you are a member with us.
We will delete all your data records on cessation of membership.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
Instonians reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse any application for membership and to cancel or terminate an existing membership at any time, without the need to provide a reason. In such circumstances, any membership fees already paid may be refunded in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Club.
DECLARATION
I wish to become a member of Instonians and undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the Club. I agree to the Club taking the relevant membership amount by direct debit via GO CARDLESS from my bank/building society account.
