Instonians Ladies Hockey Club has been part of Belfast’s sporting landscape since 1921. What began as a team formed by the wives, sisters, daughters and girlfriends of INST old boys and staff has grown into a vibrant, inclusive club of more than 80 members. Today, our players include doctors, solicitors, scientists, teachers, nurses, businesswomen and mothers, all united by a shared love of hockey and community.

We are based at Shaws Bridge Sports Association on Milltown Road, where we train and compete across five senior teams:

• 1XI – Senior 1
• 2XI – Junior 5
• 3XI – Junior 7
• 4XI – Junior 9
• 5XI – Friendly fixtures and development focus

Whether you are an experienced player or just starting out, there is a place for you at Instonians. We offer competitive hockey, strong coaching and a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed.
